My name is Md. Anisur Rahman, PPM. My current age is approximately 57 years. My address: Village: Hasina Manzil, Nasirabad College Road, Mymensingh Sadar, Mymensingh.

I am a Police Sub-Inspector. Currently, I am on deputation as the Librarian of the Investigation Agency of the International Crimes Tribunal.

On 17-11-2024 at 10:00 AM, the Investigating Officer (IO) of this case seized one pendrive containing a 1-minute 16-second video in my presence in my library room via a seizure list. This is that seizure list (Exhibit-11). This is my signature on the seizure list (Exhibit-11/1). My assistant, Md. Masud Rana, was present then and signed the seizure list. I recognize his signature. This is his signature on the seizure list (Exhibit-11/2). The said pendrive has been given into my custody. This is that custody memo (Exhibit-12). This is my signature on the custody memo (Exhibit-12/1).

On 25-02-2025 at 10:30 AM, the IO of this case seized one pendrive containing 3 videos in my presence in my library room via a seizure list. This is that seizure list (Exhibit-13). This is my signature on the seizure list (Exhibit-13/1). My assistant, Md. Masud Rana, was present then and signed the seizure list. I recognize his signature. On 27-02-2025 at 10:00 AM, the IO of this case seized 7 books in my presence in my library room via a seizure list. This is that seizure list (Exhibit-15). On 19-03-2025 at 12:00 PM, the IO of this case seized one gazette published by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs containing the names and addresses of martyrs of the July movement, the injury certificate of Martyr Md. Ismamul Haque, and the emergency department admission tickets and death certificates from Mitford Hospital for Martyr Shahriar Khan Anas, Martyr Sheikh Mehedi Hasan Junaid, Martyr Md. Yaqub, and Martyr Rakib Hawlader et al. in my presence in my library room via a seizure list. This is that seizure list (Exhibit-17). This is my signature on the seizure list (Exhibit-17/1). My assistant, Md. Masud Rana, was present then and signed the seizure list. I recognize his signature. This is his signature on the seizure list (Exhibit-17/2). On 25-03-2025 at 11:30 AM, the IO of this case seized a 105-page report published by the United Nations Human Rights Commission and a 54-page report published by the human rights organization named “Odhikar” in my presence in my library room via a seizure list. On 06-08-2025 at 09:30 AM, the IO of this case seized copies of Daily Ittefaq (dated: 15-07-2024), Daily Khoborer Kagoj (dated: 05-08-2024), Daily Samakal (dated: 06-08-2024), Daily Jugantor (dated: 08-08-2024), Daily Inqilab (dated: 17-10-2024), Daily Khoborer Kagoj (dated: 20-08-2024), and Daily Jugantor (dated: 13-02-2025) in my presence via a seizure list. This is that seizure list (Exhibit-21). This is my signature on the seizure list (Exhibit-21/1). My assistant, Md. Masud Rana, was present then and signed the seizure list. I recognize his signature. The newspapers are Daily Prothom Alo (dated: 15-07-2024), NTV Online Bangladesh (dated: 22-08-2024), The Daily Star Bangla (dated: 28-08-2024), Daily Jugantor (dated: 15-07-2024), Daily Samprotik Deshkal (dated: 14-09-2024), and Daily Rupali Bangladesh (dated: 31-08-2024). This is that seizure list (Exhibit-23). This is my signature on the seizure list (Exhibit-23/1). My assistant, Md. Masud Rana, was present then and signed the seizure list. I recognize his signature. On 10-08-2025 at 10:45 AM, the IO of this case seized a 13-page list regarding duty distribution of police officers and members by Dhaka Metropolitan Police Headquarters, a 5-page list regarding duty distribution of 40 officers and employees by Armed Police Battalion Uttara, a 2-page command certificate published by the Joint Police Commissioner of DMP, and a 1-page command certificate published by the OC of Shahbagh Police Station in my presence in my library room via a seizure list. On 15-08-2025 at 11:00 AM, the IO of this case seized one pendrive containing a 2-minute 50-second wireless message with a photo of former DMP Commissioner Habibur Rahman, a 9-page forensic report of the said wireless message, and the related Police Control Room GD No. 426 (dated: 18-07-2024) in my presence in my library room via a seizure list. This is that seizure list (Exhibit-27). This is my signature on the seizure list (Exhibit-27/1). My assistant, Md. Masud Rana, was present then and signed the seizure list. I recognize his signature. On 17-08-2025 at 10:00 AM, the IO of this case seized one pendrive containing 2 CCTV footages and 2 videos in my presence in my library room via a seizure list. It is not true that I have no personal knowledge regarding the items marked Exhibit 11 and 12.

I understand cataloging. We maintain cataloging like A, B, C, D, etc., for books in our library. Newspapers are cataloged according to year and month. Audio and video are preserved in pendrives and CDs. Pendrives are marked according to the ICT case numbers.

The two reports consisting of “105 pages” and “54 pages” are not attached to the seizure list marked Exhibit 19.

I have no personal knowledge regarding the contents of the pendrives, CDs, books, newspapers, reports, and command certificates that I have submitted to the Tribunal.
