Testimony of Md. Shahin Miah

My name is Md. Shahin Miah. I am currently posted at Rampura Police Station.

On 29/07/25, I was in charge as the Duty Officer at Rampura Police Station. At 12:00 PM that day, the Investigating Officer of this case, Assistant Director of the Investigation Agency Syed Abdur Rouf, seized attested copies of two GDs and two Command Certificates (CC) in the duty officer’s room of Rampura Police Station as presented by me.

I do not know what is written inside the seized evidence.

It is not true that I have given false testimony.
