Witness: I work as a Constable in Bangladesh Police. Currently I am under deputation of the
investigating agency as an Assistant Librarian in the International Crimes Tribunal.

Prosecution: What are the things that you seized?
Witness: On last 06/04/2025 at 11:00, the investigating officer of this case, Mr. Syed Abdur
Rauf, seized a pen drive containing a total of eight videos, including a 51-second video, from the library of the investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal in my presence, as per the seizure list. This is that seizure list. (Exhibit 1) (Seizure list, custody bond (jimmanama), documentary evidence, Volume Pages 1 to 3). This is my signature on the seizure list. (Exhibit 1/1). My colleague, Md. Witness: On last 10/04/2025 at 15:00, the investigating officer of this case, Mr. Syed Abdur
Rauf, seized a pen drive containing a total of three audio and video from the library of the investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal in my presence, as per the seizure list. Defense: Since what year have you been employed in the library of the International Crimes
Tribunal investigation agency?
Witness: I have been employed with the International Crimes Tribunal investigation agency
since 2017. I have been working in the investigation agency’s library for the last two years.

Defense: Was Anisur Rahman employed in the library before you joined?
Witness: Yes, Anisur Rahman was working in the library before I joined.

Defense: Was there any seal or date below your signature on the seizure list?
Witness: No.

Defense: You are falsely stating that you recognize Anisur Rahman’s signature.
Witness: Not true.

Defense: This is not Mr. Anisur Rahman’s signature at all.
Witness: Not true.

Defense: You have signed the seizure list without understanding the substance of its contents.
Witness: Not true.
