The two BGB officers were brought to the ICT Tribunal and shown arrested on 8 October. The two police officers are absconding.
FORMAL CHARGE
On 8 October 2025, the ICT Prosecutors submitted at the Tribunal its formal charge against the four men, and Tribunal took “cognisance” of it.

CHARGE FRAMING
Following this, there is then a process of “charge-framing: where the prosecution argues that the Tribunal should frame its proposed charges, and the defence has an opportunity to argue that the accused should be discharged.
